Core Principle: QuickDoc Pro provides documentation, guidance and tools. The Provider does not become the Compliance Officer, legally responsible person, or substitute for the client's statutory duties. Those duties remain with the client organisation and its directors or registered managers.
What We Provide

- Guidance notes to help understand and implement those documents
- Gap analysis — identifying areas where documentation may need strengthening
- Update services — alerting to and applying known regulatory changes where agreed
- General interpretation of published guidance
What Is Not Provided
- Legal advice — if formal legal opinion is required, a qualified solicitor should be consulted
- Assumption of your organisation's legal or regulatory duties — these cannot be transferred
- Guarantee of inspection outcomes — no third party can guarantee a specific result from a regulator
- Management of personal data belonging to children, service users, staff or clients — our systems are designed to avoid holding this information
- On-site operational checks or audit of daily practice unless separately agreed in writing
Accountability Boundary
We stand behind the documents we prepare. If a document is found not to reflect stated guidance, we will correct it. However, how that document is applied, followed, dated, reviewed and lived out in daily practice is entirely the responsibility of the client organisation.
Regulators assess what an organisation does, not just what it has written. We prepare the framework — the client implements and maintains it.
Professional Indemnity
Appropriate insurance cover is maintained. This covers the preparation of documentation and advice given. It does not extend to the client's operations, practices or failures to implement recommendations.
When to Seek Further Support
Clients should seek separate professional advice where:
- Legal interpretation of complex or disputed points is needed
- An organisation is facing enforcement action or prosecution
- Specialist technical or sector-specific advice beyond general compliance is required
